Star Juggler 0.2.6

Added keyboard controls, namely:
- Cursor keys or WASD for movement
- Spacebar to charge/throw a Star

This took longer then expected while I figured out how I could make the Mouse inputs work well with the Keyboard ones.
The solution I chose was basically blocking the other actions while active. Meaning you can move with the Keyboard as long as you don't move the Mouse.
